Look for YaPS (Yet another Pager Software). You hook up a
modem to the machine and call the telephone number associated
with the mobile's service center.
There's very little configuring to do and then you can just
say:
$ yaps 075123456 "problem with service $service"
where 075123456 is the mobile phone number.
