Hi !
I really would like to use RH 9, but some of the commercial
apps I am using are available for RH 7.3 only.
I have tried to install the compatibility packages but am
still unable to get the 7.3 app running. Perhaps I 'm missing
a step ?!
Specifically, I am getting the following error when I try to
run the 7.3 app on RH 9.0:
rh_7.3_app: relocation error: /tools/libwinsock44.so: symbol h_errno,
version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference
Is there anyway to get this working ? Any pointers to
how-to's etc. appreciated.
Thanks a lot in advance !
Kind Regards,
rudi
