I am considering porting my software to Linux. It currently runs under DOS
(saw no reason for windows) and is pretty vanilla (written in plain 'C'). I
need a good display manager so that I can build forms, menus, etc.
(currently using cscape)
I would appreciate any suggestions as to display managers (would prefer
those for plain 'C' rather than 'C++' (old fashioned)) I also would
appreciate suggestions as to what editor to use in Linux (I am currently
using Vedit for Windows/DOS). I am just starting to familiarize myself with
Linux but have been programming for a number of years in Windows/DOS. I
also have a Linux box (Mandrake) up and running to help me on my quest.
Thanks.............
