If interested in a solid, low cost commercial tool, check out QuickUML
Linux. QuickUML supports use cases, class diagrams, sequence diagrams
and navigation between model and code via a built-in code manager. The
Linux edition is nearly identical to the Windows and Mac OS X editions
where the project is stored in an XML based file that you can edit and
share from any platform. See
