    I'll cast my vote for SlickEdit (www.slickedit.com) as well. They have a
    fully-functional 30-day trial so you can see if you like it or not.

    If you have a mixed work environment (some people use linux, others use
    Windows) SlickEdit is also a good choice since it works on many different
    platforms.

    If you code in other languages than C++ SlickEdit is also a good choice
    since it handles many different languages (Java, HTML, PHP, Javascript,
    C/C++, etc.).
