Looking for Linux Help in Bay Area, Will Pay $30-35/hr

I am looking for someone to help me with my school project. The person
will act as a tutor and consultant. This is mainly on weekend and
after work hours.

I need to do the following:
- Setup HostAp or OpenAp
- Setup a DHCP
- Setup a Firewall (iptables)
- Setup an email client
- And Make all of the above configurable using web interface (this
will need C++ CGIs, I am using CGICC, Eclipse and CDT)
