can core dump be redirected?

I have a very small solid state drive, the remaining capacity is not
sufficient to debug a problem as the core dump exceeds its space.

I can add another disk easier than I can replace the solid state boot drive.
Is it possible to redirect the core dump to a different drive?

..TIA..
