Need Linux Help

I am looking for some help with my school project.

Here is what I need to
do:

- Setup wireless access point
- Setup DHCP server
- Setup Firewall
- Setup an email client
- and Write CGI in C++ to configure the above
through web

I will be doing most of the work but need help and
advice since I am new to
Linux. Please let me know if you can help me, and
much is your rate/hr.

Location: San Francisco bay area
Telecommuting is not OK
