C++ reference in Kdevelop

Hi everyone,

I have searching the net for a C/C++ reference that is associated with
Kdevelop. I have one, written by Martin Leslie (version 1.09), but it
is incomplete. The one on the Kdevelop web site (c_cpp_reference-2.X)
can not be opened for some reason. If any can help, I'd appreciate
it.
