Wstring APIs

Following APIs are found on Linux manipulate
widecharacter strings,
wcslen
wcsncat
wcsncpy
wcspbrk
wcsrchr
These are found on libc.a on Linux. Would somebody
explain whether these APIs belong to 32-bit or 64 bit??
my linux box is of kernel 2.4
