There isn't a site which just lists project ideas since it's rather
seldome that anybody is looking around for ideas.
I guess any project at sourceforce.net or freshmeat.net welcomes a
developer who has time. Just look around and choose what you like most.
Or look at wyoDesktop "http://wyodesktop.sf.net" which has more than
enough work. There are also tasks which can be done by a single person
if you prefer, just look through the task list
