Less than 60 days left to get your project in the contest.. Contest
closes on July 15th 2005.

IBM is sponsoring an Open Source Developer Contest for the Linux on
POWER (Linux PPC64) effort.

The contest[1] is designed to award and showcase new, innovative
open source applications that are designed or optimized
specifically for Linux running on the PPC architecture.

The contest also awards ports of existing applications from a
predetermined list. Contest prizes include Segway HTs[2], Apple
Power Mac G5s[3], and many cash awards.

Don't forget, less than 60 days left! Sign your project up today,
port it to PPC64, get your project judged by experts and get some
cool gear for your efforts...
