Need to develop "Invoice application" for home based business, any packages in Linux?

Need to develop "Invoice application" for home based business, any
packages in Linux?, can I use PHP and SQL (customer invoice) to develop
small application. I jsut need single page, where it prints "my
address" and "my customer address", description of item I have to offer
for my customer, quanity and price and amount, in the bottom, "Total
amount".

can somebody suggest any package (opensource or any web based) for
this type?. I want to do in Linux only. Somebody suggested, I can use
MRBS (meeting room booking system)?. Any idea, thanks in advance.
