The TIME and TIME+ values shown by top(1) are CPU times. By the system's
account, your process has only been active for about 25 minutes, 38 seconds.
In the rest of the time (3 days, 23 hours, 12 minutes, by your reconning), the
process has been swapped out for some reason or other (including I/O and
pre-emptive swaps).
