If I wanted to steal stuff from others, would I warn them precisely how
their stuff might be "stolen" and precisely what they had to do to prevent
such theft? I'm the one warning them to lock the doors to their house, not
the one who will come through the open door. You are blaming the messenger
for bringing a message you don't want to hear.

The analogy to Atlas Shrugged is especially ironic. I am the one warning
productive people that the system may take their creative efforts and that
they need to take steps to protect them. You are the one telling them to go
on producing, that the system is fine, and that their efforts are safe.
