In fact, the Microsoft CD's themselves say:

"Regarldess of any license agreement accepted during installation of
this software, your use of the software constitutes acceptance of the
MSDN end user license agreement which may be accessed at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscription/downloads/EULA.pdf";

So, the GPL's practice and belief that using a work constitutes
acceptance of its license terms has a powerful ally in Microsoft.
