Hi,
I am checking some RFC docs, I noticed there are such 'bis-05' or
RFCxxxxbis, what does 'bis' mean in such environment?
"bis" means "twice" in (ancient) Latin, so this may point into the
direction that there exists/existed an RFCxxxx and RFCxxxbis is the
"second flush" ;-)
