If the supervisor stops an restarts the processes exactly as I said
before (via system() call) the processes don't communicate anymore
with the supervisor.

I don't know where I fault.

Your fault is in not finding the bug :)

Can anyone help me?

How do you expect anyone to help you? In order to say what's wrong with
a program, one has to look at it. So, try to make smallest possible
example that demonstrates your problem and then post it here. Maybe then
someone will look into it for you.
