Building X11R7.1/xorg from source

Hi NG!

Does anyone know how to correctly build the current X11R7.1 release from
www.x.org? I've downloaded all tarballs (with .bz2 extension) from
http://ftp.x.org/pub/X11R7.1/src/ but there are still some depencies
missing (xextproto, ...) It seem's that most of these depencies reside
under http://ftp.x.org/pub/individual but i don't know which packages are
still needed - Should i also download the whole individual-tree?

Google told me about
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/x/xorg7.html.

I'm searching for a full, "Ready-For-Building" package(s) in a compact
way. Any hints?
Thanks,
Andy
.
