Wow, all I can say is "wow".

Copyright law sets the scope of the GPL. It defines what "copying" and
"distributing" are. The GPL might or might not mean the same thing as
copyright law does when it uses those terms; however, you *have* to use
their precise legal meaning when you are trying to determine what does
or does not require you to comply with the GPL.

If we interpret Moglen to be using terms the same way the GPL does, we
have an absolute direct contradiction. Moglen says you do not have to
agree to the GPL to modify a covered work. The GPL says you do.

You have *NEVER* explained this contradiction but just keep repeating
that they are both correct. That's nonsense. You are asserting a direct
contradiction. You can repeat it as many times as you want, but it
cannot be true.
