devhelp

Anyone here using devhelp? If so, where do you put your downloaded
devhelp files? I have put them into /usr/share/gtk-doc/html (ubuntu
linux)but they are not showing up in the devhelp contents. Is there any
documentation anywhere for it other than the readme?
