This guy posts this crap (I'm sorry for him if he's really persecuted) to each and every newsgroup he can lay his hands on. If you check his posting server, you'll find that it changes with almost every burst of postings, so he'll get chucked off one service and registers with the next.
I doubt anyone really reads this stuff.
