Report generator

I nedd to develop some graphical report in a not graphical application using C. I'looking for a software with a graphical interface (i.e IDE) to deploy report and then i can call from my application. I've seen Latex and Lout but i've not enough time (and report are quite simple usign application like Crystal reports for example)
