Install Xemacs on your Windows box,
http://www.xemacs.org. Xemacs on
Windows is identical to Xemacs on Linux. You could
also install
VMware
on
your Windows box and install CentOS5 on VMware. That
would give you a
comfortable env in which to learn.

I don't have a fraction of a second to waste doing
this.

You're a pinhead. You've been wasting our time for two
days on this. I
gave your a simple suggestion that would have allowed
you to try Xemacs
in minute or two and you say you don't have time to do
it.

Why do you get pleasure wasting other people's time?
Didn't your mother
breast feed you?

If you simply answered my question I would be done, you
are the one
wasting time.

You aren't interested in an answer, I've given you plenty.
I've also

You may have given me plenty of answers, the problem is that
these answers were not to the question that I asked. You
decided that the question that I asked was not appropriate,
and then answered a different question entirely. I need to
know how to change the key mappings on Emacs, everything
else is entirely off-topic. It would seem that all of your
argumentation is merely a ruse to hide the fact that you
simply don't know the answer.

given you a link to Xemacs.org so wouldn't have to through
the trouble of
typing the word xemacs into Google. On the Xemacs home
page there is a
link that will do a download and install Xemacs on your
Windows box, it
will take you a minute to do it. The Xemacs that it
installs is identical
to the version that you would find on any modern Linux
distro. I've also
given you a Link to CentOS.org which would allow you to
download a modern
Linux distro. It takes 20 minutes to do Linux install.
Forget about RH9
and any package that's part of RH9. RH9 is long dead,
everything on it is
obsolete. If something doesn't work than you are SOL. It
hasn't been
supported by RH for 5 years and it shouldn't get any
support here.

If you were really interested in learning anything about
Linux or Emacs
you would have followed my instructions but your aren't.
You are just a
troll, I'm done with you.
