Re: Changing the Key mapping on Emacs?

What is the exact syntax for changing the action of moving
to the next word, and prior word using <Cntrl><RightArrow>
and <Cntrl><LeftArrow> respectively?

You don't need to do anything at all. It is part of the default
key bindings.

How do I make this syntax work? (*** NOTE ***) I already tried
looking this up, and found the answer, yet the answer had a gap so
that it did not work.

http://www.introrse.com/jasonc/docs/my-emacs.html
(1) This does not say the name of the next word / prior word
function
(2) This uses the Meta-key, and I don't have the meta key
(3) It does not say where to put, and how to invoke the
.emacs file

Other examples have much larger gaps.

I'm thinking there's a serious gap in your abilities to comprehend
simple text. Just try it out already, and stop flooding Usenet with
drivel like this.
