I did not know that :-)
Last time I used windows it was Win98.
Anyways, I think you would need a different version then that one on the
GNU site, and what compiler? Visual Studio?
Maybe somebody did a precompiled version for MS window?

It does not matter, Billy Gates has retired, nobody uses MS windows these days,
it is even illegal in Europe IIRC, LOL.
