ENV and execvp

Hi there,
    I tried to set the ENV=/u1/.kshrc and then do execvp with loginshell
(-ksh) in my program, it did run my .profile but doesn't run the .kshrc. Any
idea? I'm running Redhat 8 2.4.18-14. TIA
