Missing Rubini/Corbet from sources of a new kernel book borders
on criminal negligence, but all is well that ends well.
Also, make sure you checked out the new RML's book which
came out last month: http://www.tech9.net/rml/kernel_book/
I haven't got it yet, but knowing the author, I have high
expectations.
