Help,I have to port a TCP/IP Stack,MPEG Decoder on to an ARM7TDMI

Hi All,
 The specs of my project are:

(This is what I have been given by word of mouth)
Hardware:
1)ARM7TDMI with 3 megs on board
2)Ethernet Connectinivity

System:
1)UCLinux 2.0.38
2)TCP/IP stack ,An MPEG decoder program

I shall start work tommorrow.I wud appreciate if u cud help me regarding:
1)How do I port the Binaries into the Board?
2)How do I boot it?
3)Do I need a Ethernet Driver for this .

Any constructive suggestions welcome
