As of glibc-2.3 a new locale model is implemented, as proposed in this
paper: http://people.redhat.com/drepper/tllocale.ps.gz
But are there any other documents about it?
Has anyone used them?
How does it work in a multithreading environment? both in the NPTL and
linuxtreads environments? Does each thread get its own locale?

Yes, I've heard of "decaf." What's your point?
