Hi!
I recently acquired a Gericom Webshox Per4mance laptop, it's bios claims to
be "AMIBIOS VER 1.08G". APM just worked with it with a 2.4.20-gentoo-r6
kernel, but then I tried with some kernels from the 2.6 family (2.6.3 and
2.6.6 debian kernels, a vanilla 2.6.7 kernel and a 2.6.7-mm7 kernel), and
they just told me: "APM: BIOS not found", no matter how I tuned APM options
in the kernel config. Any pointer what can it be due to?
Thanks,
