Hello.
Runing FC3 - kernel 2.6.10-1.766
While migrating a virtual network driver from 2.4 to 2.6, I'm facing some
problems. There is one that is due to some new features of 2.6 which is
ETHTOOL. The fact is that in my IOCTL function the SIOCETHTOOL is
received every second (approx. periodic time).
Is is possible to disable it? How?
If not does it implies a decrease in the perfermance?

P.S. I think it is the same problem someone has posted recently.
