You simply cannot take a working installation, tweak a little, copy it
to CD and get it running from the CD. There are ways to customize a
live CD distro e.g. Knoppix, changing the packages included. You should
be able to find some help there and use this as starting point. This
will be a lot easier to set up und maintain. From what you have written
I have some doubt you have enough experience to get this done within a
reasonable time frame.
