Recently I've developed a little tool for transefring files between the
computers of a lan.... I've noticed something really strange:
If I send with my program a tar.gz (oanothe commpressd file) that I have
compressed (I use suse 9.2) at destination it's impossible to open it; but
if I sent it by e-mail everything works! The strange thing is that if I try
to send a tar.gz that I have not compressed by myself but just downloded
from somewhere else etherithing is ok! Also... if I try to send it on to my
self (on my ip) everything is ok....
So the problem comes out when I send a my own file tar.gz to another
computer of the lan with my own file-transferer program!
Do you have an idea about the possible problem?
