Hi folks,
I'm trying to read some court files which are in .ptx form,
but even after trawling the web with Google i can't seem to find a Linux
appication for the job. All i can find is the ptx application for
generating these files.
The ptx application has nothing to do with .ptx court transcripts.

I can read the files using my laptop running xp & an application which
only runs under windowz.I really would prefer to read them on my
desktop running SuSE 10.0 though. Any advice would be appreciated

The E-Transcript Viewer runs under Wine on Ubuntu 5.10, and probably
will work in SuSE. (At least, I could read the sample signed.ptx file.)
The "envsetup.exe" download doesn't appear to do anything except show
the license and ask you to click "I Accept", but it creates
"etrnview.exe" in the (fake) C:\Windows directory.
