bcl patch ?

Hi
I'am looking for patch for kernel 2.4 allowed filesystem kompression.
Formerly, such patch "block compression layer" was on site
http://bcl.tuxia.org/ available. At this moment site is liqudate. Does
somebody know where can I find this patch? Maybe somebody can send me
this patch via mail?
