Hi all,

I am in the process of converting one of my PCM 5820 boards into an mp3
player. But I find that the output carries a lot of distortion - to the
point of making it useless. I provide both 5V and 12V to the system. The
drivers are working and mpg123 does execute. I hear the music faintly. Has
anyone else had this problem? How is it fixed?

Thanks.
