Our San Francisco Bay area client is currently looking for an experienced
Embedded Firmware/Software Engineer.
. Responsible for VOD and broadcast edge-band embedded firmware/software
development.
. Must have working experience with real time OS embedded Linux, TCP/IP,
UDP, SNMP, MIB,
ARP, TFTP, Telnet, DHCP, BOOTP, and HTTP.
. Self-starter and quality work individual in taking system requirements
through implementation,
board debug/test, SI&T, and release to production.
. Require working knowledge on PowerPC @ Virtex II Pro, OOD programming
skills in C, C++, and
Java/XML. Familiar with MPEG, network routers, cable headend is a plus.
. Must have at least 10+ years of experiences and MS/BS EE or CS.
