By the way, that's for transferring to the on-board cache only. We
could never get confirmations from manufacturers for ##x write speeds
to flash.

Unfortunately, SLC CFs beyond 128M are VERY expensive. Some of our
clients use a small MLC (64M or less) primary boot drive and mount a
SLC secondary drive for additional storages.
