Second the embeddedarm folks. *Great* support, very active, and the stuff they sell works with linux.
Back on topic of PC104 video capture boards:
Anyone know of one that works reliably with linux? I need something that can capture about 1 frame/sec from 6 or 8 cameras. Hardware compression, composite inputs.
