I have found the solution myself.
all the error is that an bug exist in compiler tool arm-uclinux-elf-
tools-base-gcc3.4.3-20050722
change compile tool to arm-linux-tools-20061213.tar.gz, inside the
package, the gcc version is 3.4.4
