Detecting wheter the RAM is DDR or DDR2 on a linux machine by some util/command line - is it possible ?

Hello,
On a linux box with a motheboard which supports both DDR2 and DDR
RAM,
is there a way to know whether it is DDR or DDR2 (or both in rare
cases the
mothebopard supports both) without opening the box ? is there some
util/command
line which can supply this info ?

I tried to look at the kernel log but there is no info about that.
Also
the BIOS only details the size of the RAM and not wheter it is DDR or
DDR2.

Regards,
Ian
