Minimum System Requirements

Hi
Can someone tell me if there is a free graphical version of Linux that
would run on a Pentium
166 - 48MB RAM, 5GB hard disk?
I would like to use it to test website designs. (hopefully I could even test
it with the Macromedia Flash plugin)
