First of all, i'm using an a7n8x, lm-sensors 2.6.5, i2c 2.7.0,
downloaded using debian testing

i complied i2c with a simple make, make install, changing the linux src
variable to the appropriate directory.

 System vendor: ASUSTeK Computer INC.
We can start with probing for (PCI) I2C or SMBus adapters.
You do not need any special privileges for this.
Do you want to probe now? (YES/no):
        Probing for PCI bus adapters...
Sorry, no PCI bus adapters found.

All the remaining general detects fail...

then...

#----cut here----
# I2C adapter drivers
# I2C chip drivers
#----cut here----

then i edit lm-sensors' makefile, changing i2c headers to /usr/include,
and the linux source to the approprate file.

Running make w/ lm-sensors gives

kernel/busses/i2c-ali1535.c:675:6: missing terminating " character
kernel/busses/i2c-ali1535.c:676:89: missing terminating " character
kernel/busses/i2c-ali1535.c:691:1: unterminated argument list invoking
macro "MODULE_AUTHOR"
kernel/busses/i2c-ali1535.c:674: error: parse error at end of input

Now, I think there's something that i needed to do w/ i2c to get
i2c-nforce... i found a few mentions of that reading documentation, but
nothing on how to complie/include that.

Anyone else want to share how to get lm-sensors working on an nForce2
board? I feel like i'm missing the nForce2-specific steps.

Thanks, i know this must be in documentation somewhere, but I can't seem
to find it...
