Remeber that the nvidia drivers are binary only. If they cause you
trouble, nobody is going to help. Some people have had trouble with
crashing nvidia drivers, for others they seem to work.

An external rs232 modem should be cheap, so don't spend too much
effort on finding a compatible builtin one. Besides, who uses modems
nowadays?
