I'm a newbie to Linux, been using it for just one week. So far I'm impressed
with most things except for drivers. I have a real problem getting my
Sitecom WL012 USB Wifi adapter to work. It uses the Prism2 drivers which I
have. I have followed the installation to the letter and all goes well
until I do a "make all install". The script runs but comes back with errors
as follows_
hfa384x.c:781:49: missing terminating " character
hfa384x.c:783:66: missing terminating " character
make[3]: *** [.depend.usb] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory
`/tmp/prism2/linux-wlan-ng-0.1.14/src/prism2/driver'
make[2]: *** [all] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/tmp/prism2/linux-wlan-ng-0.1.14/src/prism2'
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/prism2/linux-wlan-ng-0.1.14/src'
make: *** [all] Error 2
I really do need some help and advice.
Thanks,
Dave
