Crazy. Remember that you'll get the most exact copy if you use cdrdao,
and that cheaper CD-RW media and older CD-RW drives are limited to a max
of 4x write speed. What are the exact commands you're using? What are
the exact error/diagnostic messages that the CD-writing program is
spitting out? Forget XCDRoast; it sucks at giving useful diagnostic
info. If your source CD-R* and the destination CD-RW are on the same
IDE channel, don't try to burn on the fly; you'll probably get a buffer
underrun.

AOL. I've never had any problems burning audio CD-RWs, but the audio
CD-RWs I've burned have all been mostly useless since so few audio CD
players have automatic gain control. Unless you know for sure that the
devices you're going to play this audio CD-RW in have auto gain control,
burn a CD-R. They're cheap. HTH,
