I've seen similar (but not exactly the same) problems before which were
solved by removing and reseating all components attached to the
motherboard - CPU, memory, cards, cables, etc.. It's a long shot, but it
can't hurt to try. In fact, while you're at it, disconnect everything
from the MB, then attach only the CPU, memory, and video card, then give
it a try.
