I had a similar problem with an Asus A7N8X Deluxe (same chipset) and it
was due to a big CPU (80mm) that make the machine freeze on a hot
reboot. To solve the problem I unplugged it from the motherboard CPU-FAN
connector and plug it on a hard disk powersupply. I guess I could have
put a smaller fan instead.
