Half-height Modems

I'm looking for a Linux-compatible half-height (low profile) PCI
modem.

It can be controller-based or controllerless, though controller-based
is preferred.

An external or ISA modem is not an option, nor is full-height, USB, or
PCMCIA modems with PCI adaptors. I'm looking for free or inexpensive
drivers, capable of working with recent, popular distros of Linux
(Mandrake 9.2 as an example).

I have Googled extensively, and not found a solution.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
